About Us

The Club was founded in 1982 and is part of the Royal Life Saving Society. We train at The Pavilions in the Park on a Thursday night from 8pm to 10pm. During the summer months we also train at Southwater Country Park and Lancing Beach so members can gain Stillwater and Beach awards.
The Club follows the RLSS Survive and Save Programme which is mainly based around Self Survival and Rescue skills with a few more things in between. We are a very social club and enjoy regular outgoings which include Laser Quest and BBQ's.
Life Saving can be used for GCSE PE and D of E. If you decide to join us you can be assured that you will receive a warm welcome and start making new friends immediately.
