On the 8th September, HLSC lifeguarded the annual Southwater Triathlon with nearly 400 Swimmers competing in teams of 3. It was the perfect proving ground for our new Red Rescue SUP and Hydroforce SUPs, as well as our new PFDs, Radios and throwlines. The paddleboards certainly proved themselves, with an estimate 50 swimmers helped in the water and 1 brought to shore. Well done to all competitors and club members who helped out.
